Chicago to Texas
Our client requested a highly sensitive logistics project of over 60 servers to be specialised packed and transported within 48 hours from a high security data center in Chicago to another data center in Texas. Wheels We Deliver provided a highly experienced security cleared crew who completed specialised packing on site at the data center. Specialised packing included anti-static bubble wrapping for each server in addition to shock tags and pallet boxes with strapping. The shipment of servers and rails were consolidated on to 3 pallets and staged in the secure loading dock for pick-up. Our driver was immediately despatched to collect the shipment and transport the shipment via a dedicated truck directly to Texas. The project was completed on time, within budget & to the complete satisfaction of our client
Frankfurt & Paris to New York
Las Vegas, USA to Tokyo, Japan
Business Critical shipment of high value servers to be de-racked at a Las Vegas DC, white glove packing, shipping documents preparation, express airfreight shipping & local customs clearance to a clients colocation DC in Tokyo.
Kansas, USA to Shanghai, China
Critical shipment of high value servers to be white glove packed with customised crating and express airfreight shipping to a clients colocation DC in Shanghai. Full door to door service including preparation of shipping documents & customs clearance locally in Shanghai.
Vienna & Paris to Dublin
25 racks of ITAD from 2 Data Centres in Vienna & Paris. Project required crew to pack & ship securely a large consignment of racks from two data centers in Vienna and Paris. Using two specialist crews, both shipments were picked up and shipped as per clients time deadlines. They were then transported via dedicated trucks back to Dublin where they were consolidated and delivered to client within 72 hours and on time.

US client purchased 50 new desk workstations from China supplier. 6 pallets required to be picked up in Shenzhen provence, customs cleared for export, shipped to NYC, fully cleared with all duties and taxes paid for on arrival. Part of the shipment then needed to be transported via express freight within 48 hours from NYC to Texas & deliver to Wheels We Deliver storage facility.
The Task:
Temple Street Children’s University Hospital required collection and urgent temperature controlled transportation of fresh breast milk samples from a West of Ireland donor with direct delivery of the samples to Temple St CUH Dublin.
